Back-to-school season is here – and what better way to start the year than by learning how to care for our planet? At Glendale City Centre, we’re partnering with Resourceful Living, to make sustainability fun and easy for kids and families.
Every day, tons of plastic end up in landfills and oceans. But when we recycle, we give those plastics a second life. Our initiative turns plastic waste from the Centre into useful items that we can use again right here at Glendale!

Bring the kids and stop by the Resourceful Living station outside Target and watch how plastic gets transformed – into a recycled plastic bag tag with their initial on it! Perfect for backpacks, lunch bags, or pencil cases. It’s a great way to start the school year with something unique and eco-friendly.
